    Perfect for adjusting my “barefoot” shoes

    My”barefoot” shoes are the perfect shape for my feet, but the “zero drop” (even-ness tor and heel) have wreaked havoc on my knees and hips, not to mention plantar fasciitis. These heel lifts have allowed me to wear the shoes comfortably. Highly recommended!

    Worked great

    Just received my heel lift. After the first day or two of use, my hips were sore due to the adjustment. After that, I don’t notice the lift in my shoe, hoping they’ll reduce back pain/issues in the long run

    I am glad to be able to buy heel lifts in bulk at an affordable price as I can peel off an extra wedge for my needs. I love the rubber ones for my regular shoes and sneakers and bought the silicone one that I plan to glue to flip flops as they are clear and water proof. Mars heel lifts have not disappointed me and do not bottom out quickly and they have improved my gait and reduced my limp. Thank you Mars !!!!!
