I ordered a water chamber for my air sense 11 on Amazon from Mars, the chamber fit perfect and was just like OEM. I had an issue where it cracked on the bottom near the heating plate and was leaking. The Amazon return/refund window had closed so I reached out to Mars directly to see if they could help. They sent out a replacement chamber right away and even followed up to make sure everything was good. It is very rare to find good customer service now a days, I am very pleased and will be a return customer for sure. I am glad to give my business to a company that supports and stands behind their products.
