The adjustable walker gait belt is a belt attached to the walker of the patient (it could be any kind of walker) by the means of an easy pull Velcro tab with the sole purpose of improving the patients’ posture. It is easily detachable due to the large 2 Inch wide buckle and easy pull Velcro tabs. The belt has a circumference of up to 60 inches and is 4 inches wide to accommodate all body sizes. Too much distance between the user and the walker causes lower back pain, impaired balance and extra strength to walk or complete the task of moving around and so, the adjustable belt helps to bridge this gap. The adjustable walker gait belt is made up of lightweight durable materials which are machine washable and can be easily adjusted to fit any walker. It can be adjusted to fit any body waist size. The belt can be adjusted around the waist and also has the adjustable straps for the ergonomically ideal/reasonable distance from the walker while still taking the posture into consideration. It can be adjusted for posture support and increased mobility. The patient is able to walk farther due to his improved posture and balance, no longer allowing the walker to escape him. It also prevents the incidence of falling off as the adjustable walker gait belt holds the patient in place. The elasticity of the belt helps provide resistance when the patient starts to get too far from the walker and thus returns them to the ideal distance between them and the walker aiding proper posture still. It is easy for anyone to use. It improves the patient"s comfort because it has a padded back strap.
